For a mid-sized call centre of 50–100 agents, implementation usually takes 2–4 weeks. Larger or more complex environments may require 6–8 weeks.
Any issues raised during UAT are logged, prioritised, and resolved before we proceed. We do not move to commissioning until UAT is formally signed off.
